The Dutch only have 3 Colonies so become highly developed but ultimately fall to the greater power of the other powers. It gives a good insight into the history of the Americas, the Spanish do conquer the Aztecs and Incas, but their Empire is so large it is unmanageable and remains severely underdeveloped.
